Ok, so let's start. :)



Here're Alicia's stats. I must focus and kinda remember those traits thing. :D
Let's move to obligatory house tour.




This house I built some time ago with Zoe in mind. Just changed colouring to suit Alicia more. As per usual no photos from the backyard as I'm hopeless in garden arrangement. :/
Sorry about weeds - I took those pictures long after moving her in.




Kitchen is really tiny but it must be enough for now.



Obviously the colour theme was orange/turqouise. ;)




It's hard to take proper pictures of her bedroom, as it's 4x4 square-ish.

And they're off. :D Ah, and yes. Alicia won't be alone as she has a fluffy friend. :)



Her name is Triss. :) 



And she's a bad kitty. :D



Alicia and Zoe were doing quite well. Whereas Phoebe...



... was interested in Triss more.



Just like Archie.

Rather strange way to talk.



I think she won't make many friends...



It's time for some computer work. Meaning LOANS.
Alicia bought Seahaven Town Hall, some wind turbins and took 100k loan for this purpose.



Meanwhile guests enjoyed themselves. :)



But nothing interesting happened.



Until... :D



Aww. <3 They're sooo cute.



Then the guests left and it was time for some obligatory first day sandwitches. :)



Triss almost looks like she's in the mood for human brains...



But playing with one of them must be sufficient. :D



Bad kitty, baad.



Time to visit Town Hall. :)



It was rather a long walk.



There're no many things to sell. Only some gadgets and newspapers.
And apparently I forgot to cover ceiling with something less white.



First customer! His name is Everett.
And this is where I must confess something. Some time ago I downloaded A LOT of sims by Poppet, Slyndsey, Voleste, Charterzard, Zeusar and Sixamsims and left them be. When I was creating Seahaven, I needed townies, so I moved some tweaked Sims made by myself and some from other creators but completely forgot which were which. So, I'm sooo sorry for not crediting you properly. :(



And here's Laura (90% sure she was created by Zeusar). Apparently some burglar alarms were available too. :D



Garden club lady was impressed with Alicia's selling skills. :D



But her cashier skills were really poor.



Thank the Maker there wasn't many customers and they were rather patient. :)



Meanwhile Triss found a friend - a stray named Ontario (Lapis by Oepu).



No, trash should go INTO the trash can, NOT next to the trash can. ;)



Kinda Pepper and Ontario mix. :D



Alicia's always classy. ;)



And Triss is true SuperCat.



Another day in City Hall.



Dashiell (90% certain he was created by Poppet) couldn't find what he was looking for. BEHIND YOU!



Kaylynn was lost too. That's what happens when Town Hall is open and you have no idea what you can buy there. ;)



Burglar alarms were very popular. Propably because they had no idea how this thing would work, as there're no police station yet. :D



And Alicia was struggling again...



Cooking seems so confusing too. ;)



But Triss always know how to make Alicia happy. :)



Autumn is so pretty in Sims. <3



Time for some digging. Because she took such big loan, her bills were insanely huge, so I was hoping for treasure chest, but she only found some rocks and a map. :/



Don't remember with who she was chatting. :D



Even paper-girl loves Triss. :)



Last time here in this update I swear.



Kaylynn finally found burglar alarm. ;)



And Laura was skeptical about Alicia's selling technique.



Much more confident now it seems. :)



Archie walked by.



And went straight into Alicia's house. He likes her. A lot (2 bolts).



I'm not sure about that hand coming out from her back. O_O



But even Archie can't win with Triss. :D
So he left soon after. ;)



More digging... And still nothing valuable...



So I sent her to work a bit about her mechanical skill. She was shocked I guess. ;)
